What the games collect

Nothing from children. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms for children, no adverts and no tracking or analytics tools in the games.

What the games save on your device

The games remember things like stars won, Nessie's outfit and postcards using your browser's own storage. This stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this website.

Photos

Some games let a child add a photo so they can "ride" on Nessie. The photo is shrunk and kept only on that device. It is never uploaded or shared.

Forms you send us

Our website has forms for contacting us, booking enquiries, school enquiries, reviews, shop updates and business partnerships. When you send one, we receive what you type, such as your name, email address, school or business, and your message.

• We use these details only to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry.
• If you ask for updates, such as news about teacher resources or the shop, we use your email only for that.
• We publish a review only if you tick the box to say we can, using the name you choose.
• The forms are handled by our website host, Netlify.

To see, change or delete the details you've sent us, email us.

The shop

When our shop opens, payments and deliveries may be handled by a separate online shop or print-on-demand service. That service's own privacy policy will apply to your order, and we'll link to it before you buy.

Other services the website uses

To work, the games load a 3D graphics library (three.js) from cdnjs and jsDelivr, and the website loads lettering from Google Fonts. Like any website, these services receive basic technical information such as your device's internet address when the files are downloaded. They do not receive anything a child types or saves in the games.
